 Pastor Angel M. FalconRev. Angel Manuel Falcon is the founder and Senior Pastor of Faith Alive Ministries, a multi-cultural, non-denominational church where the focus is to strengthen families, church, and the community in Central Islip. Faith Alive Ministries was birthed in January 1992 out of a great need within the Body of Christ in our region to make disciples and to bring them into greater maturity as to our covenant promises and rights as believers.
Pastor Falcon believes that the Father's overall intent was not only to save us but to empower us by His Holy Spirit to be a light, impacting our generation and establishing His purpose here on earth today. Pastor Falcon has been actively working in the community since 1974, some 35 years and has dedicated his life to empowering the lost and broken through Biblical truths and principles. His mandate is to be relentless in "Pursuing His Purpose, Expanding His Kingdom, and Equipping His Saints".
Pastor Falcon enjoys his home in Central Islip and is happily married to Lissette Falcon since September 2003. They were blessed with an addition to their family and now enjoy their youngest daughter, Karis (Grace) soon to be a year old and another little blessing on the way arriving this September.
Pastor Falcon loves spending time with his daughters, (Zhamaine, Lea'von, and Christina), all graduates of Central Islip Senior High School. He also enjoys his grandchildren (Aiyana, Benjamin, and Jayla). Recreationally, he loves the outdoors and enjoys doing gardening; also loves spending quiet devotional time by the shore. He also loves playing softball with church members and the league that he has been an active participant for over 26 years.
Pastor Falcon’s first memory of the call of God in his life was at the age of ten, while looking out his window, from their Bronx apartment, on December 1964. He was overwhelmed by what he saw; (the condition of the neighborhood, drunkenness, homelessness, individuals sleeping in alleyways with no direction; dirty and smelly). He remembers specifically how emotional he became and being naive at 10 years old, asked God to make him rich so that he could help clean these people up. Ten years later in May 1975, Pastor Falcon surrendered his life to God, and realized that what mankind really needed was to be “REDEEMED” by the Lord Jesus Christ. Since then he has never looked back and has been running this race of God’s high calling and looking to honor Him and serve Him wholeheartedly by serving those He loves.

 Rev. Benigno [Benny] Valle, Jr.Having lived a life of servanthood for over 24 years, it has been the desire of Rev. Benny Valle to see the lost come to Christ through the work of a healthy and strong church. As one of the pillars and ordained ministers at Faith Alive Ministries, Rev. Valle has been an effective part in preparing the Body of Christ to meet the needs of God's people. His excitement and desire for God is what fuels his desire to see a church that will glorify God in everyway---at any cost. His wife, JoAnn and four children are instrumental and share in his call to ministry.
Rev. Michael A. Velazquez, III
Rev. Velazquez has been serving the Lord for over 27 years. At an early age, he acknowledged the undeniable call on his life to teach the word of God. Rev. Velazquez is a founding member of Faith Alive Ministries, and currently serves as an Associate Minister and Elder. In 2000, Rev. Velazquez was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel. He has served in several capacities including, Assistant Pastor during his membership at La Sagrada Palabra. In addition to his call to teach, Rev. Velazquez has been instrumental in leadership development within the ministry and community. He is a devoted husband and father of two children. He is married to Worshiper Maria Velazquez who shares in his call to ministry.
 Elder Mark J. ValleElder Mark has been a follower of Christ for over 24 years. Being one of the founding members and servant here at Faith Alive Ministries, Elder Mark has and continues to be a vital part of our success in ministry. His leadership has encouraged those around him to be active and effective in meeting the ever growing needs of God's people. Elder Mark also oversees several departments within the ministry ensuring that excellence is the outcome of all we do for God. His wife, Sonia and two children are a testament to his life as a minister, father and friend.
Pastor Orlando Ortiz, Sr.

Rev. Orlando Ortiz has been passionate about preaching the Word of God since age 9. He has faithfully served the Body of Christ as Pastor, Sunday School Teacher, Youth Leader and Chaplain. Along with his wife, Jennifer, Rev. Orlando has traveled locally and internationally to spread the wonderful message of salvation. Their television ministry is currently impacting lives from Long Island to Europe. Rev. Orlando and Jennifer share the joys of ministry with their three beautiful children.

Deacon Sylvia Quinones

As Deacon and Director of Women’s Fellowship, Sylvia has been called to exhort and teach the word. Sylvia was raised to reverence the Lord, but it wasn't until the age of 18 that she had a personal encounter with Jesus Christ that changed her life completely. It was then that she knew God had a plan and a purpose for her life. Sylvia knows firsthand the miraculous power of God and has witnessed His favor and grace by delivering her from many of life’s challenges. She has also received accreditation from the American Association of Christian Counselors and continues to pursue the call to serve God’s people with love and compassion.
 Deacon Sandra BentonFood and Clothing Distribution Administrator
Sandra's passion is to serve the Body of Christ in whatever capacity the Lord leads her. Currently supporting our food pantry and other in-house fellowship programs, Sandra is called to the teaching ministry. She has a desire to see individuals reconciled to Christ physically as well as spiritually and often intercedes for those to receive and understand God's truth; knowing that the truth can set them Free. As a retired business woman, Sandra knows that there is strength in unity. The Body of Christ, consisting of many parts, must be compelled to work as one for the advancement of the Kingdom. (Not with just words but with "the" Word of God and good works; not just with God's love but with the Love of God and the reverential fear of God for one another). A student of various correspondence studies with AACC ( American Association of Christian Counselors), RHEMA Bible School and currently Grace Ministries Bible College, Sandra continues to study the word of God through practical application directed by the Holy Spirit so as to rightly divide the word of truth.
